Izzy Upton
I’m so lucky to have turned my love for dogs into a career. As a fully qualified dog groomer, I’m passionate about providing gentle, thoughtful care and making every dog feel comfortable and happy.
My journey into grooming was inspired by my beloved Shih Tzu, Ollie, who reached an incredible 16½ years. As he became a senior, I saw how much a kind and patient groomer could make a difference to his comfort and wellbeing. This inspired me to offer that same level of care to other dogs.
At home, I have my rescue Chow Chow, Princess Piccalilli, and my senior cat, Poppy. When I’m not grooming, I love baking, watching movies and listening to music (especially The Beatles!)
For me, grooming is about more than a beautiful finish. It’s about trust, comfort and making every dog feel safe, cared for and their very best.

Grace Gillies
I have always been a true animal lover, and I feel incredibly grateful to be able to turn my passion for dogs into a career that I genuinely love.
After completing an apprenticeship and gaining my professional dog grooming qualification, I decided to create a grooming experience where dog mums and dads can feel confident knowing their pups are in safe, caring and experienced hands.
Working in the dog grooming industry has shown me just how much a calm, patient approach can make a difference. I feel that every dog deserves to feel comfortable and at ease throughout their pamper.
I have my own dog, Lola, who has been visiting the groomers since she was a puppy. I always loved how soft she felt and how amazing she smelled after her pampering sessions. Seeing that experience inspired me to create the same experience for others.
Dog grooming is more than the final result. My aim is to build a bond with all dogs in my care and create a positive experience so that they enjoy seeing me again.
