Full Grooms
Our signature Full Groom is a bespoke, head-to-paw experience, thoughtfully tailored to your dog’s individual coat and needs.
Your dog will be treated to two luxurious washes using premium shampoos, with a conditioning wash during the second cleanse, followed by a thorough brush and gentle blow-dry.
The finishing details include a nail clip, ear cleaning, paw pad and hygienic trimming, alongside a beautifully tailored haircut or styling where required.

Our Puppy Pampers focuses on building confidence, creating positive associations and introducing your puppy to the sights, sounds and sensations of grooming in a calm, patient environment.
Their pamper includes a gentle bath using premium puppy-friendly products, careful brushing and a soft introductory blow-dry, along with nail trimming and gentle handling of the ears, paws and face. Where appropriate, we can also introduce light trimming to help your puppy become comfortable with the grooming process.
Every puppy is treated at their own pace, with plenty of reassurance, patience and positive attention throughout.

Grooming Disclaimer
Your Dog’s Welfare Comes First
Your dog’s welfare, comfort and wellbeing will always be our highest priority. We believe that grooming should be a positive experience, and we will never force or push a dog through a procedure if they are showing clear signs of distress, fear or discomfort.
Humanity over vanity. While we will always do our very best to achieve the desired grooming result, your dog’s comfort will never be compromised for appearance. A dog’s temperament, coat condition and tolerance to grooming can all affect the final result, and we appreciate your understanding that every groom is individual.
Matted Coats
If your dog has significant matting, we will never repeatedly brush or de-mat the coat if doing so would cause unnecessary discomfort. In some cases, the safest and kindest option is to clip the matted coat short, potentially as short as 3mm, allowing the skin and coat to recover.
Please be aware that matted coats can place stress on the skin and may conceal areas of irritation or sensitivity. Clipping or removing severe matting carries an increased risk of skin irritation, redness, small nicks or cuts, even when performed carefully by an experienced professional. These risks are due to the condition of the coat and skin beneath the matting and cannot always be identified beforehand.
We will always assess the coat and your dog’s individual needs before proceeding and will discuss any significant concerns with you wherever possible.
